The housings of our grain mills are made of solid wood. The grinding stones, a mixture of fine corundum and ceramic, guarantee gentle grinding. This produces a loose and soft flour. In all mills the grinding stones can be continuously adjusted from the outside. In this way, it is possible to grind any degree of fineness, from coarse whole-grain meal to the finest flour.
