Tunnel pasteurizer and cooler 4000x1200mm
Suitable for pasteurizing products that are packed in bottles, jars or cans. Also suitable for carbonated products.
The tunnels are divided into 5 zones. Preheating, heating, holding zone and cooling.

Load-bearing structure of suitable size, made of stainless steel sheet AISI 304 with a thickness of 30/10 and profiles in stainless steel AISI 304. Adjustable feet. Stainless steel steam extractor hood (without piping).
Container infeed belt in the tunnel via a conveyor belt type MARBETT made of polypropylene (PP), which rests on stainless steel guides and is pulled by a geared motor with an electric motor. Drive motor with electronic speed regulation.
AISI 304 stainless steel water collection tanks with inspection hatches to facilitate cleaning and removal of dirt or bottles if necessary.
