Fully automatic filling capping single-block is suitable for filling jars with dense products and capping with T.Off capsule.
Designed for liquid and dense products (honey, jams, mayonnaise, sauces, melted cheeses, creams, etc.),

– Fully AISI 304 stainless steel food-grade piston filler with teflon seals, hot sanitisable with
– Adjustable from 20 to 600 cc (optional from 50 to 1000 cc) with micrometer screw;
– Pneumatically operated 3-way double buffer valve.
– Fully automatic, low-noise magnetic alignment and distribution of closures (metal capsules tipe Twist Off).
– Adjustable capsule distributor channel for different formats, flying trigger head (attachment).
– Hot air blower with adjustable temperature for preheating of the caps before closure.
– Pneumatically driven closing head with adjustable closing force adjustment.
– Closing process take place in line.
– Underframe made of electro-welded structure, completely made of stainless steel.
