    MODE OF USE: Dissolve Collagel Gold in warm water (1:10) and add it immediately to the mass to be treated.
    DOSES: 5-10g/hl for white wines and musts; from 5 to over 10g/hl for red wines.
    Notes: it is advisable to carry out clarification tests in the laboratory.
    COMPOSITION: Food grade pork gelatin in powder.
