• We reserve the right to adjust prices
• Freight: EXW Marling or by agreement
• The buyer bears the transport risk also at free delivery at home
• Damage must be reported immediately to the freight
  forwarder and noted on the transport document.
• Complaints must be notified written within 8 days and
  do not move the term of payment
• All data are not binding
• Goods remain our property until full payment
• Payment charges must be paid by the customer
